Where are your dormitories located?

PPT Lodge 1A is located at 8 Seletar North Link, Singapore 797455.

How big is one room?

Each room is 48 sqm and with a maximum capacity of 12 residents.

What do residents need to bring when they move in? What sort of appliances and furniture are provided for each room?

Each room comes with metal bedframes, PU bed boards, lockers, fans and 13A power point. Residents are required to bring their own mattresses, pillows, as well as cooking utensils like pots and pans if they are planning to use the central kitchen for cooking.

Where are the toilets located?

There are toilets and showers on every floor.

Is laundry service provided?

Yes, laundry service is provided for all residents.

Is there a kitchen for cooking? What facilities do you have?

Yes, we do have centralised kitchens where residents can cook. Here’s a list of the facilities you can find on our dormitory premises:

How do I go about leasing a room for my worker(s)? What’s the application
process?

Please contact us and we'll guide you through.

What is the check-in process like? What documents they have to provide etc.

Submit the “Check-in form” and a copy of the resident's work permit. Please also attach documentation of the resident's Covid-19 status, including the date of their last swab test as well as the test result.

Costing

What is included in the cost?

The cost includes monthly rental, conservancy charges and laundry charges.

Is there a deposit?

Two months’ contract deposit is required, along with S$300 utilities deposit per room.

Licensing & MOM Matters

Is Tee Up licensed and MOM-approved?

Yes, we are licensed under the Foreign Employee Dormitories Act (FEDA).

What is FEDA?

The Foreign Employee Dormitories Act (FEDA) provides for the regulation of operators of dormitories for foreign employees and
for matters connected with or incidental to that.

FEDA imposes a set of requirements on dorms in areas such as public health and safety, security and public order, and provision
of social and commercial facilities and services.

PPT Lodge 1A is FEDA-licensed which means we adhere to the dormitory management standards that have been set by the act.
